Coordination of Autonomous Vehicles

چکیده

In the near future, our streets will be populated by myriads of autonomous self-driving vehicles to serve diverse mobility needs. This raise need coordinate their movements in order properly handle both access shared resources (e.g., intersections and parking slots) execution tasks platooning ramp merging). The aim this article is provide a global view coordination issues related solutions field vehicles. To end, we firstly introduce general problems associated with identifying framing key classes problems. Then, overview different approaches that can adopted deal such classifying them terms degree autonomy decision making left during process. Finally, some further research challenges address before coordinated safely hit streets.
